I love this place but its not for everyone, if my wife was with me I would have had to use a full blown hotel. This is a great place if you want really friendly staff, ease of access and location (car required). It's a motorway services hotel. I have stopped he multiple times. I like it because it's a motorway services, it's always open, have jet lag in the middle of the night, no problem you can go get food, stores etc. Rooms are very clean, bed comfortable. I'm an Ex-Pat from Leicester living in the US. When I visit alone or visit with the kids we stay here. Not the wife cup of tea, but very practical, affordable etc. I stopped here for 18 nights once when my farther past, apart from the occasion that brought me here, the 18 nights where great. I could work from the room, the WiFi was fast enough. Plenty of food and drink on hand. Highly recommend this better than some hotel I have paid twice as much for.

This was a return visit after a 2 week holiday in Northumberland with our 2 dogs. The room was comfortable although a little cramped. Room ventilation was poor that. In hot weather, became very uncomfortable. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was good. We would like to make special mention of Mr TARLEK - the hotel receptionist - for his outstanding customer service. Kind, extremely polite, exceptionally helpful who ensured that our stay was comfortable. He is an exceptional ambassador for your company.

Leicester Forest East Days Inn is one of their better budget hotels. Parking is convenient and easy. The staff are helpful and very polite. Special requests are usually honoured. The ground floor rooms (at least) seem have fridges which is very convenient. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. There is a bathtub with shower over, and as I like a bathtub, it is good for me. Prices on Sunday nights seem very reasonable.

Really friendly helpful staff upon check in and check out. For the price I paid I feel like it was good value as the location was perfect, 10 mins drive from where I was working. Bit of a mix of people staying there as you would expect. Where my room was, was facing the petrol station and not towards the entrance of the services which seemed to be a lot quieter, which I appreciated

The two ladies at reception were very friendly and welcoming but also professional. Room was very clean and a generous size. The breakfast was OK but I wouldn't pay for it if it was not included. I had bacon, which was very dry, lovely hash browns, soggy 'fried' egg, mushroom which were tasteless and tomatoes. (I only ate the hash brown and a bit of the tomatoes) . Tea was fine.
